Charities & NFPs
PMDoS is about supporting charities and not-for-profit organisations in the fantastic work they do for the community. This is a unique opportunity to consult with project management experts – for free – giving you the tools and insights to ensure your next project is a success.
Benefits:
• Gain free expert, individualised advice on your organisation’s goals
• Develop long-lasting relationships with project management professionals
• Learn project management tools to benefit your organisation beyond this project and into the future
Who: Any charity or not-for-profit organisation in any sector can participate. If you are not sure if your organisation is a fit for PMDoS, contact us at: pmdos@melbourne.pmi.org.au
What’s in it for you:

• Build your relationships with other local organisations
• Develop lasting relationships with project management professionals and gain insight into the work they do
• Learn techniques and skills that you can apply to new projects in the future
How does it work?
Prior to the event, we will ask for some details about your organisation and the project you will like to work on. This information will be passed onto a team of three to four consultants in order for them to research and prepare.
You can bring up to five representatives from your organisation on the day, who will work with the consultant team to plan and discuss. At the end of the event, you will walk away with the knowledge and artefacts to support your goals and ensure your project is set up for success.
Hear what organisations have to say about PMDoS:
“.. It’s been inspirational”.
“It helped us to clarify”
“… It gave everything that I need to move forward to have a successful project…”
“… helping us to shape where we are going next has been enormously helpful..”
