COVID-19 Policy

The health and safety of our attendees are our biggest priority. As the situation changes, we’ll update the information below as required.

Masks, vaccination and check-in are not mandatory to enter the venue, unless you are a close contact. However, the department of health still recommends the above.

Masks are encouraged to be worn at all times during the event.

We also ask for your support to: 

  • Follow distance separation where possible
  • Always practice good hygiene and wash hands frequently
  • Cover coughs/sneezes, dispose of tissues and make use of the freely available hand sanitiser at registration 
  • Refrain from attending the event if feeling unwell to ensure a safe experience for all

Cancellation Policy

Should the event be cancelled or should you be unable to attend as you have contracted COVID-19, are required to self-isolate, have been in contact with anyone that has COVID-19, then you will be eligible for a refund of your ticket.

  1. In the event that you require a refund, please contact the conference organiser on events@partnerandprosper.com.au or +61 (08) 9443 3468.
  2. Each refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The conference organiser will respond to you within five (5) business days on the progress of your case.
  3. If your case is deemed successful, you will be refunded the full amount of your registration, fees included.
  4. In the event that the conference is cancelled (due to a lockdown, or similar) we ask that you consider keeping your ticket, or requesting a partial refund in support of the event industry and PMI, to ensure we can continue hosting events for you in the future.
