These sessions are an engaging way to build skills and gain knowledge from subject matter experts and industry veterans, people who practice and preach leadership, project management, risk analysis, portfolio management and so much more every single day. Who better to learn from?

Just some of the things you will learn about include using new programs and technologies, confidently engaging with your stakeholders, being a better leader under pressure and leading your team to project success, being agile in changing environments and applying various project management frameworks and toolkits. The interactive nature of these sessions ensures you won’t just be given the knowledge, but you’ll be shown how to apply it in different scenarios to make sure the learnings you take away from your masterclass can be used to maximise your efficiency and productivity, not just at work, but in your everyday life.
