Trust from the sponsor, stakeholders and team members. We earn trust by doing what we say we
are going to do.With Zoom, Teams and Skype taking over the water cooler conversations and
coffee chats, the job of building and maintaining trust could be a bit more challenging.

This quick presentation will provide two tips to build and maintain trust in virtual project
environment namely presence and transparency. They are based on the speaker’s personal
experience in managing projects in virtual environment during the pandemic.
