Over the last 7 years Rail Projects Victoria (RPV) has been planning and delivering the State’s largest ever investment in rail infrastructure. With 40 projects and packages of work worth more than $35 billion in the pipeline we have learned many valuable lessons.

In this talk Alex will share some insights from RPV, highlighting proven planning approaches that lead to the successful delivery of projects. Alex will also discuss how the RPV Planning Team have been addressing the skilled resources shortage in industry by training and upskilling the next generation of project controls professionals.
